Great Ubud holiday...

I have an upgrade room and free herb bath.. Thanks Best Western! Herb bath is a new experience for us. I like the quietness of the hotel, and easy to reach by car, and they have shuttle to ubud market too.

But my bedsheet smells not good, kind of humid or something.

Everything you could possibly want and more. Modern, beautiful, staff are friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Best Western for 10 days and from beginning to end, it was outstanding. Not only is the resort clean, beautiful, spacious, the pool is huge with upper and lower parts, your are surrounded by the jungle, the grounds themselves are well kept, and the staff are ALL friendly, helpful, approachable and just want you to make your stay a good one. Our room was modern, large, we had a big balcony, and the bathroom had both a shower and bathtub. All furnishings were modern, amenities were topped up or replaced (ie shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shaver, everything) and the rooms were cleaned everyday. Breakfast has an amazing buffet with western and Indonesian foods, as well as made to order pancakes, eggs, waffles and so much more. This was delicious and something we looked forward to everyday. There’s also a restaurant which you can eat anytime or order room service for lunch or dinner and it’s very well priced. Oh and did I mention they have mountain bikes free to use when you want, electric scooters which there’s a small fee and a free shuttle service into Ubud center that you only have to arrange the day before. It’s a 12-15 minute walk down to Ubud and outside the hotel is a mini mart and a couple of restaurants. The WiFi is fast and never dropped out throughout the whole stay.

Nice and well equipped room. Every morning we got 2pieces of 1l drinking water bottles. Rooms being cleaned every day. Very good service and a wide variety of food in the buffet

Very Good

The hotel is close to Ubud center, there’s a shuttle that you can book via apps to go to the center although I didn’t use it. Pools are big, and mostly empty. I got free upgrade and a room with garden view. Cleaner were very nice and thoughtful, they made a nice decoration at the end of my stay there.

The bed was on the hard, a bit uncomfortable, could use some soft toppers perhaps. The breakfast was pretty basic and a bit of sad looking, could use some improvement or variations. I notice ants are quite common on work table in my room, not really a bad thing, but I got bitten by them quite often.

Fantastic hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Beautiful pool. Prior to booking, read a lot of reviews saying location was to far away - it’s about a 1km walk from cafes, shops etc - location was great - away from busy areas, did the walk several times a day - not far at all.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. From check in to check out our short stay was great. The room was clean and very comfortable especially the bed. The resort was very peaceful and quiet with a great refreshing swimming pool. I would stay again when next visiting Ubud

This hotel was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

The room is comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The shuttle service was good and in house activities such as herbal bath and craft was very enjoyable.

Excellent stay! Would definitely recommend and myself go again!

The rooms were very large and the property had all the facilities right from gym to swimming pool for kids too. The restaurant is superb! The morning breakfast is fabulous with plethora of variety of every kind of food. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room consisted of all the amenities from umbrella safe to robes… made us feel like king!

It’s a bit inside from main city market…. Approx 1 km.

Super helpful staff throughout, from cleaners to front desk to restaurant. The location is about a kilometer from a main Ubud shopping street - easy to get to but far enough away to feel quiet and tranquil.

Relaxing stay in magnificent setting, with friendly attentive staff, can't wait to come back!

The staff were outstanding, from the minute we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. The pool is central to the hotel - its a peaceful and tranquil setting so you really can do nothing but relax! The breakfast buffet was great, lovely complimentary afternoon tea - and the shuttle service into town was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Hotel In Ubud

Amazing stay at best western, with a beautiful pool and comfortable place, the room is spacious, clean, quiet and the AC works well, the breakfast is delicious and a lot of choices, the staff is very wonderful, they are always smiling and very helpful, they also have a shuttle bus service that runs every 2 hours, this hotel is highly recommended for you, and will come back again on my next vacation.
